Summary: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join Overture. This role will be responsible for driving the growth of our online business in an efficient and scalable manner. In this role, you will oversee all e-commerce activities, optimizing processes to enhance customer experience, sales performance, and profitability. You’ll suggest recommendations for integration opportunities and third-party tools that streamline the order process and reduce manual intervention. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, data-driven, and excels at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive measurable ROI.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the e-commerce business strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall company goals. Monitor and optimize website performance, conversion rates, and customer experience.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline order management and product customization, working with suppliers to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Partner with sales and marketing to plan and execute campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversion, and boost average order value. Collaborate on promotional strategies and product launches.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce tools, platforms, and trends. Implement best practices to improve site functionality and customer journey, with a focus on resourceful, cost-effective methods.
- Analyze website data and key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Enhance user experience across the site and implementing A/B tests to improve navigation, product search, and checkout processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to track campaign performance, measure return on investment (ROI), and optimize marketing spend to achieve business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, platform providers, and third-party tools (e.g., e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, shipping services).
- Oversee multiple projects involving several teams and ensure adherence to timelines.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of online business models, marketing strategies, and customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
- Curious and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of e-commerce trends and implementing new methods.
- Experience with A/B testing tools, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics management in an e-commerce context.
- Self-starter that can work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
